I'm not a member of the Class of '65, but I did enjoy seeing some familiar faces on this site - from the distant past to the most current.  The senior photos, and the pages dedicated to those in memoriam, released a flood of memories.  I wish all of you well. -- Terry

Hey Gang!
I feel that, since I went to school with half of you from first grade through all of Colonial Jr High, I am, kinda-sorta at least, worth a honorable member of this great class of '65.   I always wondered what happened to Otis Glasscock, "Beatnick" Ray, Joe Gordy, Janice Dunn, Wendy Braun, Sharon Sparks - - well, you get the picture - the old gang.
Still remember the tough but loving Ms. Gates as one of the more memorable teachers from Colonial JH.
My wife, De, and I are moving back to TN (east) soon as I finally retired from Xerox after 39 years, four days, 2 hours and 45 minutes. . . but who's counting?

I really like the website, very professional! I have lived in New Jersey for 10 years. I remarried a great gal and between us we have 6 kids. The most recent is a very loving 5 year old boy named Johnny. Can you believe it, at 62 I am now a New DAD!! Keeps ya young right?? I am a union carpenter and have been with the same company for 9 years. The economy is affecting all of us, work is getting slow and doesn't look good for the future. My wife is a workmen's comp field nurse case manager for a great company up here. We are planning to retire back to the south in 4-5 years, tired of snow and high prices and taxes and traffic jams!! Stay in touch, dlsnackman@aol.com

What a creative and entertaining website.!

I'm going to see "The Jersey Boys" at National Theater in Washington DC on Nov. 12th.  I'll be remembering the Class if 1965 and all the good times both then and at the 2005 reunion.

Have any of you seen it yet?  Remember "Big Girls Don't Cry" and "Walk Like A Man?".

Hello everyone...
Well, we had a GREAT time at the 40th reunion...! The greatest!

Sonja was the BEST at everything she did in chairing it!
I'm so disappointed that we don't have enough people to help with the 45th...
:-(
I'll help again... but then I'm only one person...
If we can at least keep the website going...that will help...... and perhaps another year will come about when we ARE able to get a committee together - there is SO much work...
Sonja has family issues now and just really needs help to pull this all off whenever it happens.
After being invited as a former teacher at some of these 'reunions' you REALLY do appreciate what a REAL one IS and Sonja has done the best job ever in organizing the 40th reunion!!!!

If you can donate ANYTHING in the way of funds to keep this site afloat...even $5 would help us! Or ten, or whatever!!
(Give her a bit of help, please??)

I'll miss seeing all of you!
Love,
Marcia Goodson

I am really looking forward to the 2010 reunion.  I attended 2005 and 2007 and it was an experience that was really great.  2005 was the first time I had seen anyone from high school.  I am now living in Olive Branch, MS after living in Florida and North Carolina.  I am married with one son and reallly am enjoying being back in this area.  Look forward to seeing everyone at the 2010 reunion.

Hello everyone...how exciting about the upcoming reunion 2010....do we have any month in mind so  can pencil it in?   We travel alot and want to make sure I haven't booked any cruises for the 2010 reunion.  I live in Sorrento, FL.  been here most of my life.  I retired 3 years ago from Elementary education and now just substitute teach.  Works out good for me, because I can travel and go to all the University of Florida Football games when I want and don't have to get permission from the bosses anymore. Life is good.  Keep in touch as I will too. Take care,
Jean
