Bobby Lawson, OHS 1965, is a professional musician and is a prominent member of the Memphis Blues Society Band.  He also has recorded several records to his credit over the years.  Look up his web site below and learn what's been been going on with Bobby all these years.  On the link below read about Bobby and how he started his band and so-on.

If you remember Ms. Joanne Spain, music teacher at Colonial Jr. High when many of us were there......well, she did some recordings locally in Memphis in the 60's called "Walk Softly" (recorded under her married name Joanne Touchstone).   She recorded an album in the 70's called "Elevator" under the name Joanne Spain. Unfortunately she passed away this past year, 2009 and here's a link to her recordings on YouTube. Click on and enjoy.
